Readers of On Your Case will remember the epic divorce battle between Frank and Jamie McCourt, which involved the Los Angeles Dodgers (the team they owned), other gargantuan assets and many, many lawyers.

In the latest chapter, Jamie lost her bid to overturn the couple’s settlement, which gives her $131 million plus more than $50 million in property.  (She claimed Frank lied about the value of their assets; a three-judge panel upheld the settlement.) This Los Angeles Times report adds a little sass, presumably because of the years of suffering endured by Dodgers fans who were aghast at the team’s management during the McCourt era. (Frank, who was able to claim ownership of the team, sold it for $2.15 billion.)
