The Wall Street Journal (sub. required) reports on a potentially useful tool for divorcing couples who can keep cool heads and focus on the numbers (which, along with children, is one of the two key issues splitting couples must address).
Economist Laurence Kotlikoff, who the Journal reports is finalizing his own divorce, offers a planning tool at that allows couples to see the consequences of various settlements they might pursue.
